This low-cost tour covers the highlights of Koh Phi Phi in a half-day package. Explore the best islands on this sunset Longtail Boat trip. The departure location starts from Koh Phi Phi Don and visits the top destinations within the islands. We make stops at the Monkey Beach, Viking Cave, Pilleh (Blue Lagoon), Loh Samah Beach, and of course; Maya Bay. The tour route and stops will have slight variations between the seasons. Ride on a traditional Thai Longtail Boat with a group of other travellers. Starting in the afternoon this tour lasts until the early evening. Watch a sunset from the boat and once it’s dark enough we’ll stop to swim with the Glowing Plankton. Watch as the water shines and glows in the night. On overcast days the sunset not always visible, sometimes the plankton not always visible, we can’t control this.
Phi Phi Don: The meeting point for this tour is on Koh Phi Phi Don, near Tonsai Pier in town. The exact meeting point and time will be confirmed one day before the tour. If you stay in a resort outside of the town, please do not book this tour as you may not be able to check-in. Make sure your accommodation is within walking distance of Tonsai Pier before making a reservation. You can contact us if you are unsure. Please do not book if you are staying in Phuket or Krabi.
This tour will visit islands and beaches located within Thailands Noppharat Thara Mu Koh Phi Phi National Marine Park. Non-Thai citizens must pay an admission fee of 400 Thai Baht per adult and 200 Baht per child. This fee, set by the Thai government, is not included in the tour cost and must be paid in cash during the tour. The specified locations are provided as points of reference for the destinations we intend to visit. Check in for this tour is on Phi Phi Don Island. Guests should only book this tour if they are staying on Koh Phi Phi Don and are able to reach the check in point near Tonsai Pier.
The tour does not follow a fixed route as the stops are dependent on tide times which change on a daily basis. We try to visit: Maya Bay, Viking Cave, Pileh Lagoon, Loh Samah Beach and Monkey Beach. We cannot guarantee that all places can visit everyday. We usually can, depend by the nature and weather.
Watch the sunset from the boat, see the sun disappear over the horizon with beautiful color in the sky. Sunset time is between 6:00 - 6:30 PM, depending on the season. On cloudy days we might not see sunset.
After dark we'll be able to stop and look for the Glowing (Bioluminescence) Plankton close by the shores on Koh Phi Phi Leh. As you move through the water you'll see the colors light up all around. We can see plankton most days but cannot guarantee the nature.
We return to Phi Phi Don around 7:30 PM. The exact time can vary slightly. There is no boats leaving Phi Phi after we return so it is necessary to stay on the island overnight.
All tours include drinking water and life jackets are provided on all boat tours.
You can cancel shared tours for free up to 24 hours before midnight of the tour date, and private tours for free up to 48 hours before. Cancellations are accepted for any reason. Outside of this time frame, full payment is required, and no refunds will be given, even for sickness or missed connections. It's recommended to have travel insurance for these situations.

Those aged between sixty and seventy must have their own travel insurance. All travellers must be in good physical health. Pregnant individuals, those with heart or back problems, are not permitted to book any tours - no exceptions. Travellers with disabilities needing assistance should contact us before booking to ensure suitability.
All tours sold by Phi Phi Island Tours Company include standard accident insurance as required by Thai Law. The provided insurance meets all legal requirements, although coverage is limited to catastrophic events. It does not protect against personal injuries, damage to personal belongings, or cancellations due to illness. We strongly recomend that travellers obtain their own travel insurance for additional coverage. Safety Wing Thailand is our recommended providor, allowing coverage to be purchased even during a trip.

We cannot control the tides or the ocean, and on occasion some locations will be inaccessible.
