How do I book a tour?
Choose a tour, pick your date and the number of guests, and book online. Once your booking is confirmed, we send the confirmation to your email.
How long does it take to confirm my booking?
Most bookings are confirmed within 1–2 hours, and always within 24 hours. We confirm bookings during our working hours, 10:00 to 20:00 Thailand time (GMT+7), so bookings made outside those hours are confirmed the next working morning.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Bitcoin. We don't accept American Express or other cryptocurrencies.
Can I pay in cash?
Sorry, we can't accept cash. All our tours are booked and paid for online in advance, which lets us reserve your seats with the boat operator before you travel.
Is there anyone who can't join a tour?
For safety on the boats, our tours aren't suitable for pregnant women, children under 3, or anyone with a heart or back condition. Upper age limits depend on the tour, so please message us before booking if you're unsure.
Is hotel pickup included?
It depends on the tour. Each tour page shows whether hotel transfers are included and where to check in.
Is the national park fee included?
Some tours include it and some don't. Each tour page shows whether the fee is included and, if not, how much it is.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Boat tours can be affected by the weather. Our Weather Policy explains what happens if your tour is changed or cancelled because of it.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Log in to My Account to request a cancellation or a date change. Whether a refund applies, and how much, is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Do you have a lowest price guarantee?
Yes. If you find the same tour for less, our Lowest Price Guarantee explains how to claim the difference.
Can I book a private or custom tour?
Yes. We have private tours from Phuket, Krabi and Phi Phi. You can also send us a custom tour request with your dates, group size and the places you want to see, and we usually reply within 24 hours.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, a towel and some cash for extras. Check your tour page for what's already included.
