Hybrid remote – Phi Phi Island, Krabi, Phuket, or Koh Lanta

Full-time: 16,000 – 22,000 THB per month + commission • Part-time: Hourly rate + commission

Assist customers with inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Upsell tours and services, earning commission on each verified sale.
Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Represent Phi Phi Tours with a positive and professional attitude.

Thai nationality (mandatory)

Fluent in Thai and good English (spoken and written)

Other languages (Chinese, Japanese, French) are a plus and may increase pay

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in customer service or the tourism industry is an advantage

Company laptop and mobile phone provided
Travel costs covered when required
Hybrid work flexibility (must live nearby Phi Phi Island, Krabi, Phuket, or Koh Lanta)
Commission paid on top of base salary/hourly rate
