Lowest Price Guarantee

Terms and Conditions
When you book with Phi Phi Tours, you can rest assured that you're booking for the lowest price possible. We're a local company based on the Phi Phi Islands, which allows us to sell tours at competitive market rates.If you find the same tour advertised online for a lower price, we will refund DOUBLE the price difference, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

How It Works

Example: If we sell a tour for 2,500 THB and you find the same tour advertised elsewhere for 2,400 THB, the price difference is 100 THB. We will refund you double the difference:100 THB × 2 = 200 THB refund
Contact us with proof of the lower price before your travel date. Once verified, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after your travel date.Note: Payment processing fees are not included when calculating the price difference. Only the actual tour price is compared.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Lowest Price Guarantee, the competing tour must meet all of the following criteria:

Confirmed ReservationYou must have a confirmed reservation with Phi Phi Tours. Claims cannot be made without a valid booking reference number.

Booked 24 Hours in AdvanceYour reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the travel date. Last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for price guarantee claims.

Available OnlineThe competing tour must be advertised and available to book online at the lower price. We must be able to verify the price on a live website at the time we review your claim.

Price Listed in THBThe competing price must be displayed in Thai Baht (THB). We do not accept price comparisons in other currencies.

Same Tour OperatorThe tour must be operated by the same tour company as the tour you booked with us.

Same Tour ProgrammeThe itinerary, destinations, departure time, and duration must be identical.

Same InclusionsAll inclusions must be the same: meals, equipment, transfers, park fees, guide services, etc.

Same Travel DateThe tour must have availability on the same date as your booking.

Claim Submitted Before TravelClaims must be submitted before your travel date. Claims submitted on the travel date or after are not eligible for a refund.

What Doesn't Qualify

The following do not qualify for our price guarantee:
  • Claims made without a confirmed reservation
  • Reservations made less than 24 hours before the travel date
  • Claims submitted on or after the travel date
  • Prices listed in currencies other than Thai Baht (THB)
  • Competing offers that are no longer available at the time of verification
  • Tours operated by a different company, even if visiting similar locations
  • Tours with different inclusions (e.g., no lunch, no transfers, no guide)
  • Tours on different travel dates
  • Prices that cannot be verified online (verbal quotes, private deals)
  • Prices from auction sites, membership clubs, or reward programs
  • Tours booked through error or mistake fares
  • Prices that require a coupon code, promo code, or special offer
  • Package deals that bundle tours with accommodation or flights
  • Tours sold at physical locations, travel agencies, or hotel tour desks
  • Tours sold in person at kiosks, street vendors, or markets — our guarantee only applies to prices advertised online

Excluded Tours & Operators

The following tours and operators are excluded from our Lowest Price Guarantee:
Private ToursAll private tours are excluded from the price guarantee. Private tour pricing varies based on customisation, group size, and specific requirements, making direct price comparisons not possible.
Excluded Tour OperatorsTours operated by the following companies are not eligible for price matching:
  • Five Star Thailand Tours

Maximum Claim Value

The following maximum refund limits apply:
Per Person500 THBMaximum per person on any booking
Per Booking2,000 THBMaximum regardless of passengers
Example: If you book for 6 people and find a price difference of 200 THB per person, the calculated refund would be 200 × 2 × 6 = 2,400 THB. Due to the per-booking limit, the refund would be capped at 2,000 THB.

How to Make a Claim

Step 1: Gather EvidenceTake a screenshot or save the URL of the competing offer showing the lower price. Ensure the tour details, date, and price are clearly visible.
Step 2: Contact Us Before Your Travel DateEmail info@phiphitours.com with your booking reference number and evidence of the lower price. Claims must be received before your scheduled travel date.
Step 3: Complete the Claim FormWe will send you a claim form to complete with details of the competing offer. All required fields must be filled in accurately.
Step 4: VerificationOur team will verify that the competing offer meets all eligibility requirements.
Step 5: Refund ProcessingOnce verified, we will process a refund of double the price difference within 7-10 business days after your travel date to your original payment method.

The purpose of our Lowest Price Guarantee is to instil confidence in our customers and provide assurance that you are always receiving a fair price when booking with Phi Phi Tours. We genuinely want you to feel secure in your purchase. While we have outlined specific terms and conditions to prevent misuse, all claims will be reviewed and processed with this positive spirit in mind. We are not here to find reasons to deny your claim — we are here to ensure you receive the best value possible.
This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. Phi Phi Tours reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the eligibility requirements or appear fraudulent. Final determination of eligibility is at the sole discretion of Phi Phi Tours.
