Travel from the Phi Phi Island to Phuket by Speedboat, the approximate travel time is 1 hour and 15 minutes. The speedboat departs from Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don and arrives at Ratsada Pier in Phuket. Exact details are provided before departure. There are multiple daily departure times to choose from. This service is a one way travel ticket by speedboat from Phi Phi to Phuket. You can add an additional service of private taxi collection to meet your boat on arrival at Phuket, we provide private taxi service to your hotel in Patong, Karon, or Kata areas, or to Phuket Airport for maximum of 11 persons, please contact in advance for larger group size. There is also a taxi kiosk at Rassada Pier in case you don’t include transfer service.
In case you have a flight to catch at Phuket, please book an appropriate boat to allow enough time depending on your flight departure time. We cannot be responsible for missed flight connections. Traffic in Phuket can often be heavy and the travel time by road, from the pier to airport can be between 1 - 2 hours.
Tour times may vary slightly depending on the season, pickup times may or may not be factored into the advertised schedule and can vary based on your accommodation's location. The exact tour times will be confirmed via messaging app one day before the tour.

Phi Phi Don: The meeting point for this tour is on Koh Phi Phi Don, near Tonsai Pier in town. The exact meeting point and time will be confirmed one day before the tour. If you stay in a resort outside of the town, please do not book this tour as you may not be able to check-in. Make sure your accommodation is within walking distance of Tonsai Pier before making a reservation. You can contact us if you are unsure. Please do not book if you are staying in Phuket or Krabi.

You can cancel shared tours for free up to 24 hours before midnight of the tour date, and private tours for free up to 48 hours before. Cancellations are accepted for any reason. Outside of this time frame, full payment is required, and no refunds will be given, even for sickness or missed connections. It's recommended to have travel insurance for these situations.

Tours will be cancelled only if sea conditions, wave heights, or sea swell are deemed as unsafe by the National Parks Departments. If the tour is operating as normal but you choose to cancel outside of the agreable period then no refunds will be issued.

The minimum age to partake in any of our tours is three (3) years old. Our tours are not suitable for infants. The maximum age is seventy years old. Those aged between sixty and seventy must have their own travel insurance. All travellers must be in good physical health. Pregnant individuals, those with heart or back problems, are not permitted to book any tours - no exceptions. Travellers with disabilities needing assistance should contact us before booking to ensure suitability.
Travel Insurance:
All tours sold by Phi Phi Island Tours Company include standard accident insurance as required by Thai Law. The provided insurance meets all legal requirements, although coverage is limited to catastrophic events. It does not protect against personal injuries, damage to personal belongings, or cancellations due to illness. We strongly recomend that travellers obtain their own travel insurance for additional coverage. Safety Wing Thailand is our recommended providor, allowing coverage to be purchased even during a trip.

We cannot control the weather, if you're travelling in the rainy season; rain is expected. We cannot control other people; our tours visit popular destinations and crows are expected, especially during the peak season months. We cannot control the tides or the ocean, and on occasion some locations will be inaccessible.
