Travel from Phuket to Phi Phi Island by speedboat with multiple departure times available throughout the day. The speed boat leaves from Rassada Pier in Phuket and arrives at Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don. Guests can self-check in at the pier after making a reservation online, alternatively there is a free hotel collection service included in the ticket cost from the following locations: Patong, Kata, Karon, Phuket Town. For private transfer service, an additional fee applies.
Tour times may vary slightly depending on the season, pickup times may or may not be factored into the advertised schedule and can vary based on your accommodation's location. The exact tour times will be confirmed via messaging app one day before the tour.

This is not a tour service. This is an A-B one way speedboat transfer from Rassada Pier in Phuket to Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don. Shared transfers are available from Patong, Karon, Kata or Phuket Town. Private transfers can be added at an additional cost.

You can cancel shared tours for free up to 24 hours before midnight of the tour date, and private tours for free up to 48 hours before. Cancellations are accepted for any reason. Outside of this time frame, full payment is required, and no refunds will be given, even for sickness or missed connections. It's recommended to have travel insurance for these situations.

All our tours are considered outdoor activities and do not get cancelled due to rain. Tours will be cancelled only if sea conditions, wave heights, or sea swell are deemed as unsafe by the National Parks Departments. If the tour is operating as normal but you choose to cancel outside of the agreable period then no refunds will be issued.

The minimum age to partake in any of our tours is three (3) years old. Our tours are not suitable for infants. The maximum age is seventy years old. Those aged between sixty and seventy must have their own travel insurance. All travellers must be in good physical health. Pregnant individuals, those with heart or back problems, are not permitted to book any tours - no exceptions. Travellers with disabilities needing assistance should contact us before booking to ensure suitability.
Travel Insurance:
All tours sold by Phi Phi Island Tours Company include standard accident insurance as required by Thai Law. The provided insurance meets all legal requirements, although coverage is limited to catastrophic events. It does not protect against personal injuries, damage to personal belongings, or cancellations due to illness. We strongly recomend that travellers obtain their own travel insurance for additional coverage. Safety Wing Thailand is our recommended providor, allowing coverage to be purchased even during a trip.

We cannot control the weather, if you're travelling in the rainy season; rain is expected. We cannot control the animals, there is no guarantee you will see Reef Sharks, Turtles, Monkeys, Glowing Plankton or any other creature. We cannot control other people; our tours visit popular destinations and crows are expected, especially during the peak season months. We cannot control the tides or the ocean, and on occasion some locations will be inaccessible.
