Do You Need a Tour Guide?
Guided tours offer the best experience with a knowledgeable, licensed English-speaking guide who can provide detailed information about the sights. Unguided tours are more budget-friendly but are operated by local boat captains who can only speak very basic English, and will not be able to provide information about the places you visit. If you need a guide in another language, it can be arranged upon request. We strongly recoomed to chose a guide tour if you budget allows for it.

Phi Phi Don: The meeting point for this tour is on Koh Phi Phi Don, near Tonsai Pier in town. The exact meeting point and time will be confirmed one day before the tour. If you stay in a resort outside of the town, please do not book this tour as you may not be able to check-in. Make sure your accommodation is within walking distance of Tonsai Pier before making a reservation. You can contact us if you are unsure. Please do not book if you are staying in Phuket or Krabi.

This tour will visit islands and beaches located within Thailands Noppharat Thara Mu Koh Phi Phi National Marine Park. Non-Thai citizens must pay an admission fee of 400 Thai Baht per adult and 200 Baht per child. This fee, set by the Thai government, is not included in the tour cost and must be paid in cash during the tour. The places we visit are dynamic. All published times, routes, and schedules are approximate and subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal factors, weather conditions, sea conditions, and tides.
The tour starts at 10:30 am, with a meeting location in town on Phi Phi Don Island. The check in time is 30 minutes beforehand at 10:00 am. It is a requirement to stay on Phi Phi Don the night before, and after this tour. The meeting time and departure time can slightly fluctuate depending on the season. The exact meeting time and meeting location are confirmed prior to the tour.
Join us for this boat tour and spend an average of eight hours exploring the beautiful Phi Phi Islands! There's plenty of time to enjoy snorkeling, relax at the stunning beaches, and visit iconic spots like Monkey Beach, Viking Cave, Pilleh Lagoon, Bamboo Island, Nui Beach, Loh Moo Dee Beach, and more. Please note that the tour stops and route will vary depending on the season as not all locations are accessible year-round.
We return back to shore on Koh Phi Phi Don after sunset, this is usually around 7:30 however the time will fluctuate throughout the seasons. It's a requirement to stay overnight on Koh Phi Phi after the tour, as there are no boats leaving after we return. If the conditions are right, we make an extra stop for some night swimming with the Glowing Plankton. Just keep in mind that on cloudy days, the sunset might not be visible, and during the full moon, the Glowing Plankton may not be as noticeable.

You can cancel shared tours for free up to 24 hours before midnight of the tour date, and private tours for free up to 48 hours before. Cancellations are accepted for any reason. Outside of this time frame, full payment is required, and no refunds will be given, even for sickness or missed connections. It's recommended to have travel insurance for these situations.

All our tours are considered outdoor activities and do not get cancelled due to rain. Tours will be cancelled only if sea conditions, wave heights, or sea swell are deemed as unsafe by the National Parks Departments. If the tour is operating as normal but you choose to cancel outside of the agreable period then no refunds will be issued.

The minimum age to partake in any of our tours is three (3) years old. Our tours are not suitable for infants. The maximum age is seventy years old. Those aged between sixty and seventy must have their own travel insurance. All travellers must be in good physical health. Pregnant individuals, those with heart or back problems, are not permitted to book any tours - no exceptions. Travellers with disabilities needing assistance should contact us before booking to ensure suitability.
Travel Insurance:
All tours sold by Phi Phi Island Tours Company include standard accident insurance as required by Thai Law. The provided insurance meets all legal requirements, although coverage is limited to catastrophic events. It does not protect against personal injuries, damage to personal belongings, or cancellations due to illness. We strongly recomend that travellers obtain their own travel insurance for additional coverage. Safety Wing Thailand is our recommended providor, allowing coverage to be purchased even during a trip.

We ask that travellers keep an open mind when booking tours in this region, it's important to understand that some things are out of our control. We cannot control the weather, if you're travelling in the rainy season; rain is expected. We cannot control the animals, there is no guarantee you will see Reef Sharks, Turtles, Monkeys, Glowing Plankton or any other creature. We cannot control other people; our tours visit popular destinations and crows are expected, especially during the peak season months. We cannot control the tides or the ocean, and on occasion some locations will be inaccessible.
Maya Bay
During this tour, we may visit Maya Bay in the National Park. The beach access to Maya Bay can be closed without notice, especially in August and September, but it can happen on any day. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, so refunds will not be given if Maya Bay is closed. If the beach access is closed, we can still see the beach from the boat but cannot disembark.
Pileh Lagoon
This tour visits Pilleh Lagoon, when possible. The Lagoon is only accessible when the tide is high enough to enter. During low tides, the entrance is sealed off and boats cannot access it.
