Those aged between sixty and seventy must have their own travel insurance. All travellers must be in good physical health. Pregnant individuals, those with heart or back problems, are not permitted to book any tours - no exceptions. Travellers with disabilities needing assistance should contact us before booking to ensure suitability.
All tours sold by Phi Phi Island Tours Company include standard accident insurance as required by Thai Law. The provided insurance meets all legal requirements, although coverage is limited to catastrophic events. It does not protect against personal injuries, damage to personal belongings, or cancellations due to illness. We strongly recommend that travellers obtain their own travel insurance for additional coverage. Longtail Boat Captains cannot speak English. Guided tours offer the best experience with a knowledgeable, licensed English-speaking guide who can provide detailed information about the sights. Unguided tours are more budget-friendly but are operated by local boat captains who can only speak very basic English, and will not be able to provide information about the places you visit.
We cannot access all locations on all days. We can't control the sea, we cannot control nature, and the national park has the final say. If we cannot access Pileh Lagoon due to low tides, no refunds are given.
