Visit one of the most remote and unspoilt island groups in Thailand on this Surin Islands speedboat tour with Siam Adventure World, with hotel pick-up from Phuket. Close to the Myanmar border, the Surin Islands national park has some of the healthiest coral reefs in the Andaman Sea, and is home to the Moken sea nomads.
After a very early pick-up from your Phuket hotel, you're driven to Siam Adventure World's own pier at Namkhem, north of Khao Lak, for coffee and a light breakfast, and leave by speedboat around 7:00. In the Surins you walk through the Moken village at Ao Bon Yai, a community of about 300 people, and learn about their way of life.
The day includes three snorkelling stops over the reefs, with Ao Mae Yai among them, time to swim and relax on the white sand of Chong Khad beach, and a Thai buffet lunch at the national park restaurant, before the return to the pier around 16:00 and the transfer back to Phuket.
The tour includes hotel transfers from Phuket, a professional guide, Surin national park fees, light breakfast, lunch, snorkelling equipment, drinking water, soft drinks, snacks and fresh fruit, life jackets and travel insurance. The Surin Islands are open from 15 October to 15 May.
Please note: the order of the stops, and sometimes the stops themselves, can change on the day with the weather and sea conditions, and the national park can close some areas. Your guide always chooses the safest and best route for the day.
This is a shared tour aboard a modern speedboat. The boat is chosen each day to suit the number of guests, so there is always comfortable seating.
This tour includes a professional English-speaking tour guide who accompanies guests throughout the day.
Snorkelling equipment is provided for three snorkelling stops.
Coffee and light breakfast at the pier, and a Thai buffet lunch at the national park restaurant on Surin. Drinking water, soft drinks, snacks and fresh fruit are served on board.

All reservations are non-refundable if canceled by the customer, unless the cancellation is requested with at least 2 days notice (50% refund, or a full refund with 30 or more days notice). We strongly advise that the customer has their own travel insurance policy in case the customer needs to cancel the tour at the last-minute due to medical reasons. Customer complaints will be taken seriously but shall not be cause to receive a refund. If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to safety concerns the guest will receive a full refund - tours are not cancelled due to rain. Please ensure that you read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Read the Full Cancelation PolicyWe're a local tour company based on the Phi Phi Islands. This allows us to sell our tours at market rates! So rest assured that when you book with us, you're guaranteed the lowest possible price. If you think we've made a mistake, and you've found the same tour being sold online for a lower price, let us know. We're so confident in our value that if you find the same tour sold online for less, we won't just match it; we'll refund DOUBLE (x2) the price difference!
Read the Full Terms and ConditionsAll our tours are considered outdoor activities and do not get cancelled due to rain. Tours will be cancelled only if sea conditions, wave heights, or sea swell are deemed as unsafe by the National Parks Departments. If the tour is operating as normal but you choose to cancel outside of the agreeable period then no refunds will be issued.

Those aged between sixty and seventy must have their own travel insurance. All travellers must be in good physical health. All tours sold by Phi Phi Island Tours Company include standard accident insurance as required by Thai Law. The provided insurance meets all legal requirements, although coverage is limited to catastrophic events. We strongly recommend that travellers obtain their own travel insurance for additional coverage. Safety Wing Thailand is our recommended provider, allowing coverage to be purchased even during a trip.
Buy Travel Insurance for ThailandWe ask that travellers keep an open mind when booking tours in this region, it's important to understand that some things are out of our control. We cannot control the weather, if you're travelling in the rainy season; rain is expected. We cannot control the animals, there is no guarantee you will see Reef Sharks, Turtles, Monkeys, Glowing Plankton or any other creature. We cannot control other people; our tours visit popular destinations and crowds are expected, especially during the peak season months. We cannot control the tides or the ocean, and on occasion some locations will be inaccessible.
Please take a moment to ensure the start location of a tour that matches the location you'll be staying. For tours which start on Koh Phi Phi, you must arrange your own transport and accommodation to the island. Phi Phi and Phuket are not the same place. If you stay in Phuket please do not book tours which start on Phi Phi. Refunds are not provided for reservations booked with an incorrect start location.
Longtail Boat Captains cannot speak English. Guided tours offer the best experience with a knowledgeable, licensed English-speaking guide who can provide detailed information about the sights. Unguided tours are more budget-friendly but are operated by local boat captains who can only speak very basic English, and will not be able to provide information about the places you visit.
We strive to visit all the locations mentioned; however, it is not always possible, and we cannot guarantee that we will visit every location each day. We cannot control nature or the sea—low tides may prevent access to certain places like Pileh Lagoon, and sea conditions might sometimes require us to skip a spot for safety reasons. Kindly understand that no refunds can be offered if we are unable to visit a specific location.
