This is a shared tour with other guests. We select the best boat for the day based on the number of bookings. The possible boats are either ‘Fernie’ or ‘Kelly’, both are 4 engine power catamaran boats and the most suitable boat is chosen depending on the marine conditions and the number of guests. As a result, the group size may vary each day. Please be assured that we always make sure the number of passengers does not exceed the boat’s licensed capacity, and every guest will have their own space and comfortable seat.
This boat has licensed English Speaking Guide. Please request in advance for Russian or Chinese Speaking Guide.
This tour includes snorkeling at least one location, and often there are several snorkel stops. The operator provides a new mouthpiece for each person.
Two meals are included with this tour, along with refreshments throughout the day. A light breakfast is available at the Sawanu Lounge before departure, and a buffet lunch is served on Koh Phi Phi Don. Bottled drinking water is available throughout the day.
All reservations are non-refundable if canceled by the customer, unless the cancellation is requested with more than 30 days notice. We strongly advise that the customer has their own travel insurance policy in case the customer needs to cancel the tour at the last-minute due to medical reasons. Customer complaints will be taken seriously but shall not be cause to receive a refund. If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to safety concerns the guest will receive a full refund - tours are not cancelled due to rain. Travellers with disabilities needing assistance should contact us before booking to ensure suitability.

The provided insurance meets all legal requirements, although coverage is limited to catastrophic events. It does not protect against personal injuries, damage to personal belongings, or cancellations due to illness. For tours which start on Koh Phi Phi, you must arrange your own transport and accommodation to the island. Phi Phi and Phuket are not the same place. If you stay in Phuket please do not book tours which start on Phi Phi. Refunds are not provided for reservations booked with an incorrect start location.
Longtail Boat Captains cannot speak English. Guided tours offer the best experience with a knowledgeable, licensed English-speaking guide who can provide detailed information about the sights. Unguided tours are more budget-friendly but are operated by local boat captains who can only speak very basic English, and will not be able to provide information about the places you visit.
We strive to visit all the locations mentioned; however, it is not always possible, and we cannot guarantee that we will visit every location each day. We cannot control nature or the sea—low tides may prevent access to certain places like Pileh Lagoon, and sea conditions might sometimes require us to skip a spot for safety reasons. Kindly understand that no refunds can be offered if we are unable to visit a specific location.
